MatrixChemical Industry

MATRIX CHEMICAL INDUSTRY · HONG KONG · SINCE 1996

An international industrial chemical trading corporation. A direct line to the source.

01Who we are

We are a direct line between the producer and your operation.

Matrix Chemical Industry is an international industrial chemical trading corporation. Head hub in Hong Kong, founded in 1996. We source raw materials and reagents directly from the producing plants and deliver them to those who turn chemistry into product.

Between the source and you, there are no intermediaries. The chain is shorter not only in cost — it is shorter in accountability: for batch quality, for delivery timing, for what is in the container matching exactly what the spec says.

Direct access to producers is not bought with a single contract — it is built over decades, through reputation and volume. That access is the foundation of everything we do.

Direct access to the source is not a deal. It is a reputation built over decades.

02Mission

To own the full journey of each shipment from the factory gate to your facility.

In industrial chemicals, reliability matters more than promises. That is why we are accountable not for a single link but for the entire chain: producer selection, batch inspection, documentation, logistics, customs clearance and on-time delivery.

Routes refined since 1996 let us find a working solution where others break down — on timing, volume or cargo complexity. Our goal is to make the complex invisible to the client: one supplier, one point of accountability, a predictable outcome.

03History · 1996 — present

Thirty years — one direct line.

  1. 1996Hong Kong

It all began in Hong Kong. The point from which we drew a direct line to chemical producers worldwide.

  2. 1998Hong Kong

Our first own warehouse complex. Stock that is always on hand.

  3. 2001UAE · Jebel Ali

A warehouse at the largest port in the Middle East — opening sea routes to the world.

Trading office in Dubai. Closer to clients in the region.

  5. 2006–2009Kazakhstan and Russia

Warehouse complexes in Almaty and Astana, Moscow and Vladivostok. The network reached CIS markets.

  6. 2012Volumes

By this year — approximately 35 million tonnes of chemicals moved by sea and more than 7 million tonnes by rail since founding.

  7. 2017China · Shanghai, Jiangsu

Warehouses at the industrial heart of China — right alongside the producers.

  8. 2024Saudi Arabia

New complexes in the Gulf petrochemical clusters — Jubail and Yanbu.

  9. 2026The journey continues

The line goes on. Direct contracts, warehouses and routes — further ahead.

04Warehouse network

Our own warehouse network at the crossroads of global trade routes.

We hold stock in our own warehouse complexes in key countries — from Hong Kong and the Gulf to CIS markets. Fast-moving lines ship immediately from stock; large and specialised volumes are sourced under a direct contract with the producing plant.

Routes refined over decades.

Sea, rail, multimodal schemes — the route is chosen to match the destination, volume and delivery window. We handle cargo of any complexity.

01

CIS and Russia

By sea to Far Eastern ports and by rail deep into the continent; warehouse backbone in Moscow, Vladivostok, Almaty and Astana.

02

Middle East

Via Jebel Ali and Gulf ports — sea lanes in both directions, transshipment and storage right in the region.

03

Europe

Sea and overland corridors to European ports and onward — to the producing plants.

Every route comes with documentation, customs clearance and certification to specification. We deliver where others break down on timing or cargo complexity.
